The Red Light Fix RLF6000 represents the pinnacle of professional red light therapy. Designed primarily for clinical environments — dermatology practices, wellness centres, physiotherapy clinics — it also gives dedicated home users clinic-level power and versatility. Its 180cm × 60cm area provides true full-body coverage.

It combines 7 independently controllable wavelengths — from 480nm blue for surface applications to 1060nm near-infrared for deep tissue — with adjustable pulse options (0–9999Hz). Independently spectrometer-tested output at 15cm: 92 mW/cm². Powered by 1,200 flicker-free 5-watt dual LEDs for even, powerful, efficient light distribution.

Ich nutze das Gerät jetzt seit etwa zwei Wochen fast täglich. Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Erfahrung – von der Bestellung bis zur Inbetriebnahme. Das Panel wirkt extrem robust und professionell verarbeitet. Erste Verbesserungen im Hautbild sind sichtbar, und ich erwarte, dass sich die Ergebnisse weiter verstärken.

I bought this panel as an upgrade from a smaller 80cm wide unit I have been using for a few years. Wow! This thing is impressive. The size is great as I can treat my whole body in one session either front or back. Quite an expensive unit, but looking at the construction I am optimistic it will last a good few years :-) Would recommend.

Very good unit

Good expensive investment

Cant give a feedback yet - I have seen other units far more expensive on the market - and Dermfix looks like the best bet.

It does work
